Your information will be reviewed upon receipt for
minimal requirements. If you are selected for an interview,
a department manager will notify you to set up a phone
screen. If you are selected to proceed beyond the phone
screen, you will be scheduled for a face-to-face interview
with a department manager. Each employee candidate is
required to participate in three face-to-face interviews
with various department managers. If the candidate is
accepted as an IMF employee, the appropriate department
manager will extend a job offer and determine a start
date and schedule training.
