How do I start a Pilates Reformer or Chair group class?

The first step is to attend Pilates Classic Mat Classes and set-up a complimentary consultation with a Pilates Certified Personal Trainer. During the consultation appropriate class recommendations will be made based on individual goals and abilities. A minimum of 3 personal training sessions must be completed before entering into a group setting to obtain a basic understanding of Pilates Principles and individual specific equipment set up.

Who is Pilates for?

Pilates can be beneficial for virtually all ages, fitness levels and body conditions. The method is a bridge between physical fitness and physical therapy, and can be adapted, modified and customized for individual needs. You can practice Pilates even if you have:
